if you have a samsung phone you can already create gifs without having to download a new app. In the existing camera app swipe right and download the animated gif camera mode.

Its swipe left on my samsung s6 , But thanks so much as i had no idea they were there at all , Got the "Food" "Beauty" and the "Animated gif" ones plus a few others i cannot remember right now .
