Thanks for this, we live in Hampshire but after putting in the postcode it linked to south east water.
South east water don't do the Gunkpot but they have other freebies.

thats a new thing for me , I am in California , a real "green" state but no one has ever mentioned a "Gunkpot" here

Recently got a gunkpot, two tap aerators', two packs of water retaining gel (for plant pots), and an aerating replacement shower head from Severn Trent.
