Coloured Rain for KWGT Pro is a great set of Widgets and Komponents that can be rebuilt by the user. Most options were left unlocked by me, so you guys can build on to my widgets and truly Kustomize your android. I recently cut this widget pack down by about a quarter, that way I can start putting new widgets in and taking some of the older ones and putting them into there own app.

yay another pointless comment^ that helps no one.
IMO KWGT is a brilliant app and this pack is pretty decent i have seen better but for free its worth getting especially as most of the options are unlocked this lets you play with them and see how to do different things so you can build your own widget.

Is it the way he articulated that he doesn't value the app? Or just that fact he articulated it? Or something else altogether?

Probably the way he/she articulated it, because it doesn't give much insight into why he/she believes it isn't worth it.
