And for anyone else wondering - The Cave - the other Games With Gold title scheduled for 1st Jan, has not gone live early as well - just checked it

It's looks like you can download early, but can't play until tomorrow...... I'm stuck at the title screen with only options and achievements highlighting!

Xbox 360 games do, Xbox One games don't (unless/until you resubscribe). This being an Xbox One game, it won't.

That's really unfair. Your best off keeping a 360 just for the live games and playing for when your not on gold.

Unfair in what way? Microsoft are quite clear on the offerings of their subscription package.
You can still play the backwards-compatible Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One after your Gold subscription expires, just not the native Xbox One games.

PS Plus works in the same way, on the PS3 and PS4.
Opening post
not sure if it's an error or what as it shows that it has only just been released and should be £15.99 full price
edit. as Darzen has pointed out this is one of January's games with gold gone live early
