2. Have your Steam account linked to your Indiegala account
3. Make sure that you have joined the Indiegala Steam group

I don't think it should happen that often but have had it happen once with indie gala, think I had to contact them to sort it out.

You are probably falling foul of measures to prevent people bulk buying bargain game keys then reselling them on eBay when the price has returned to normal. If you're not doing anything unusual, it's possible the measures are being a bit too aggressive. Does your IP address change often? My router seems to get a new IP address every time it loses sync :disappointed:
