No offense or anything?, but considering the nature of your 'Business', I question the reason as to why they've not seen fit already to bring you guys up to speed on such stuffs like this already? (so as to potentially avoid quote/unquote the "obvious"?).
Or am I missing something ..... :-(
May be a gooooood idea to mention this OP Post to your 'Powers that be' too?, so as to allow them to aldo get in on this 'Vendor specific' line of things too ..... :-)

I have a seasonal and a non seasonal allergy with chronic urticaria, there is not enough information or research in this field and I sometimes feel uncared for by GP's and so called professionals that really don't have a clue (in my experience)

That unfortunately is the nature of the game sometimes?.
Eg. it wasn't that longggggg in the past that Mental Health 'issues' was whitewashed by Society as a whole as nothing short of 'non-existent' right? (be it from 1 extremity of Bi-Polar, the somewhat milder forms of 'normal' Depression?, to everything else in between?, Schizophrenia, Impulsive Dysfunctional Disorders like having to wash your hand 3 times after everything, and/or having to repeat spoken words to people 3 times incessantly, etc?, which could very well borderline that of Phobia's instead?, and no doubt many from the past were probably written off as such too?).
But alllllll that what I've mentioned above already were seen as loony bin material in the past right?, where you were only good for the Men in White Coats instead or something?.
And/or where Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) Electrodes in a prolonged AND sustained manner were wrongly systematically placed along the temples of your head? (frying any useful brain cells you MAY have otherwise had left, etc?). :-(
Things have (hopefully) 'moved' a wee bit since those Dark Ages times and stuffs right?.
So put simply, if allllll what I've mentioned has almost all but positively flipped itself on the head?, then for your own 'unique situation' too, it may be a simple case of nothing short of giving it some time too perhaps .....
Not to say that the obvious inherent frustration will magically go away?, but you know what I mean?. :-)
