It would be illegal sell this in the EU without changing the name.
You can only call something parmesan if it's been made using calf rennet.
In the UK there's no such thing as parmesan that's suitable for vegetarians, despite what a lot of restaurant menus say.

This is so easy to make, anyway - just get Nutritional Yeast flakes, blend with nuts (walnuts, hazel, Pine...), a little salt. This product adds sunflower and hemp seeds which I might try next time
