Time to go dust off my 'Sir Killalot x Matilda' fan-fiction.

OP house robots? Where's the fun in that :disappointed:
Technology available to model engineers has moved on a great deal in the last decade, but it looks like the Robot Wars rules have not :disappointed:

Growler was just a speed-basher with a ineffective jaw, sergeant bash looked cool at first but only the claw was useful, and the flamethrower was pointless except for burning diotoir. Mr psycho was sir killalot but after having too many mcdonalds Big Macs, and cassius chrome lol no wonder the show got panned after series 7, that and the storm controversy.

I can't wait to see what sort of new robots the contestants have made.
Tech has changed so much since the original series - things like 3D printing and programmable circuit boards will make for some interesting inventions
They've kept it old school. Would've been amazing to see what they could have produced. I was at the recordings near Glasgow, the tickets were free from the BBC. Your link's for the commercial tours but will be helpful for those wanting to go to those.
