I had these last time, you get a leaflet through the door with two little pouches a bit longer than a ketchup packet but narrower, not really worth it unless you want to try this product and go on to buy it.
Coconut oil is much healthier for you, but in my opinion I can taste it too much in the food I cook with it and I don't like coconut

Given that you're only supposed to have 16-20g of sat fat a day, a teaspoon is hardly going to affect your body in a significant negative way if you're eating decent food.
