Same here with payg. Email shortly afterwards doing they couldn't collect £19.99. Phoned customer services who put if through only for me to get the same email. Direct email to Vodafone just gets standard reply.
Very shabby Vodafone.

I upgraded to a new sim only deal with Vodafone and as part of my package i got Spotify free for 12 months. Since the upgrade 3 months ago it has charged me £9.99 per month so i have to call them monthly to get a refund. Their customer service has to be up there with the worst.

Hi xxxxx xxxxx,
We recently tried to collect payment for your network unlock code (NUC), but there wasn't enough credit on your account. Remember, it costs £19.99 to get your NUC.
What you need to do next
First, make sure you have at least £19.99 in your account, then fill in our online form again. It can take a few days for us to collect payment, so keep an eye on your credit balance.
Thanks,
Vodafone Customer Services Team
charming off to ebay and get it
