I know this isn't so much a deal, hence why n freebies. British Home Stores in Chelmsford had about 8 rails full of hangers that they were giving away today. It wasn't like before where you got the hanger if you were buying and item, they just had rails and rails for free, no purchase necessary. They were mostly plain as well, so would be perfect if you were setting up a shop of your own. In addition to the hangers, they were selling all of the fixtures, fittings and equipment, like trays from the cafe for £1, round mesh shopping baskets 50p etc etc. May well be something happening in all stores, seeming as they not longer have a use for any of it all.

If they are doing this in Chelmo they'll be doing it at the other Essex stores don't think they'll want to hold on to it. Will have to wait and see what goes in it's place the old Colchester BHS is going to be a Primark

The final kick in the teeth! Will be that Sir P Green will get another £40 million , when stores finally close, due to assets in BHS! Classic knighthood material.
