just been to Tesco superstore at York near the racecourse and they are giving out 3 packets of choc bars (5 per pack) to all customers. No minimum transaction required. Not sure if national or not.

Confirmed here in Beeston, Nottinghamshire at 12:00 on the 11/7/16. I can't imagine stock will last long though.
