We are pleased to announce that Kill Strain will be available on PS4 beginning Tuesday 12th July for PlayStation Plus subscribers and on 19th July for all PS4 owners.
Kill Strain is one of the service-based titles from the San Diego Studio, along with Guns Up! (available now) and Drawn To Death (available later this year), which will be free to download upon live release.
Kill Strain is currently in Limited Access with more invites going out weekly. To join the action and prepare for the live release of the game we will be sending out a substantial wave of invites to our Limited Access from 29th June to 3rd July.

Same thing happened to me but go onto your download list on the PlayStation app on ur phone and it will be there, click to download to ps4 and it'll work.

too many top down shooter style games over the last year given to us via PlayStation plus. it's getting ridiculous now
