This is a terrible argument and I think you're misunderstanding why Heinz are offering this. It's not charity and it's not out of the goodness of their hearts. They're a multi million pound corporation trying to expand their business further. They'll offer this free sample to a business in the hopes that they will want to use them as their condiment supplier. The loss they make is very deliberate and is purely to make more money going forward which is completely fine because, hey, that's business. You can still argue that it is morally wrong for people to take advantage but it is in no way comparable to defrauding a charity.

Not that I care for Heinz or anything but why do HUKD allow things like this to remain up when the OP is clearly encouraging people to break the T&C of the offer? We're all here for deals but I really don't think it should be allowing things like this.

Mind you, you're not going to get them anyway, look at term 10.

1. Entry is open to UK pub, bar and restaurant owners, aged 18 or over except employees and their families of H.J. Heinz Foods UK Ltd, and each of their group companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. There are 1,500 Heinz Branded Filled Caddies to be given away, each with a retail value of £10. Each caddy will be supplied with 1 x 220g Heinz Classic Barbecue sauce, 1 x 220g Heinz [Seriously Good] Mayonnaise, 1 x 220g Heinz Yellow Mustard and 1 x 220g Heinz Sweet Chilli sauce.

3. The caddies will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in relation to the order in which the Promoter receives the business entry details.

4. Each successful business will be able to claim a maximum of one caddy. The giveaway includes postage and packaging of the caddies to one address in the UK. The prize does not include the replenishment of lost/stolen or damaged items. There is no cash alternative.

6. The closing date for receipt of applications is 23:59 GMT on 31st August 2016 or when stock of caddies runs out. Please note that the offer is available whilst stocks last. This means that the closing date may change.

7. You will be contacted by email within 14 days of your entry by the Promoter if you are unsuccessful as a result of the caddies having been already allocated, the closing date has passed or for any other reason that results in an unsuccessful application.

8. If you are successful, a caddy will be posted to the address supplied with your application within 14 days of your successful application.

9. If you are not contacted by the Promoter and do not receive a caddy within 14 days of sending your application, please call 0800 5757500. Please note that the Promoter is not obliged to replace any caddies that are lost or damaged as a result of shipping.

10. Applications from agents, third parties, organised groups, applications automatically generated by computer, incomplete or corrupt applications, or those not in accordance with the instructions will not be accepted.

11. Responsibility is not accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, software or hardware failure. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

12. Any data collected by the Promoter will be used for the administration of this promotion only.

13. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize package for an item of equal or greater value if it is unavailable for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control.

15. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it believes have not been made in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
