If you've never heard of 38 Degrees, they're a [EDIT: Non-Political Organisation] that basically uses people power to keep the government in check. Uncovering changes to laws they try to silently push through, campaigning on issues such as TTIP, filibusting, fracking and getting these into the public eye.
Worth a look, or just get some free seeds. :) 1 pack per household, or possibly more if you represent a group or school etc.

Fancy getting your hands dirty for the bees?
Small things can lead to big changes. Imagine, if thousands of us planted wildflower seeds for bees, butterflies and people to enjoy. In our gardens, on our balconies, a bucket on the doorstep, sides of the road. Anyone can sow and grow wildflowers – it’s quick, easy and bees love them.
So - want to get your hands dirty with a special pack of 38 Degrees bee seeds? They’re a mix of native wildflowers and 100% pesticide free. Just fill in your details below.
Your pack should be sent two weeks from ordering, subject to availability. If you've got any questions, you can find most answers here on the help page.
If you can afford to pay a small contribution for the seeds, there’s a suggested donation of £1.50 to cover costs. You’ll be able to donate on the next page
Stocks are limited, so only 1 pack is available per household - but if you want more to plant in a group, like a school or community garden, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Bee seeds"

They are NOT a registered charity and do not abide by Charity Commission law. They have no Charity Commission registration, their Companies House registration is 6642193. Although there is a registered charity of number 1139325 - 38 DEGREES TRUST registered at the address of their operations manager at the same address of MS LAURA KIM

So appeared to be operating as two separate legal entities which I though should or could or will be using CIO (Charitable Incorp Organsation) if they are both as one entity. But I think there are serious merits for NOT running as a registered charity as there are major issues to consider in political campaigns https://www.charitycommissionni.org.uk/charity-essentials/charities-and-politics/
The merit is not registering is obviously that the organisation has freedom.

Cut and paste or link where their web site says "charity"? Though as I typed above there are substantial real human benefits for not registering as a charity.

David Cameron was forced to admit last night that he made money because his dad exploited tax havens. [1]
It's shameful, but it does give us an opportunity: to bounce David Cameron into action to close down tax havens. He's promised a crackdown for years, without proper action. [2] Now, after last night's confession, the mood has turned against him. [3] So let's deliver one clear message - if David Cameron wants to prove he's not on the side of tax dodgers, he has to use his power to shut tax havens.
Thank you, for signing the petition to David Cameron - along with 125,000 other 38 Degrees members. It’s already featuring in news reports as a sign of growing public outrage. [4]
Today we need to prove the outrage will keep on growing until David Cameron acts. So please can you ask your friends to sign the petition? Click the buttons below to share the petition on Facebook, or forward this email to five friends, family or colleagues.
David Cameron’s tax dodging is the latest chapter in this week’s global scandal. It’s impossible to ignore that David Cameron has the power to close the very same tax havens he’s made money from. [5] As a tax expert points out in the Guardian, “at a stroke our government could shut down the British Virgin Islands corporate system”. [6]

Shutting down tax havens is impossible, major reason is that they are the final resting places of British Empire vast wealth not earned in UK but from empire exploits.
