You need to have the Amazon Underground app installed first.
When you press "go to deal button" it will take you to the "Driving theory..." download page. There's also an undelined "Amazon underground" link which you can use to download the Amazon Underground app (it requires a lot of permissions but it allows you to access some otherwise paid-for apps and games for free( like monument valley, Star Wars :KOTOR, Goat simulator...)

Check out 'Theory Genius' for iOS, was posted here a few weeks ago, I passed my theory last week using that and the official dvla app
