What's the limit per house?

My 2 packs arrived this morning. Both had an incomplete address- my flat number was missing- but luckily the PO sorted it out. If you don't receive your package it might be worth checking at your local sorting office.

A bit of background to the promotion (if anyone's interested). I think "one can and you can" will be replacing the "gives you wings" tagline - there was a lawsuit in the US as, amazingly, the drink doesn't give you literal wings, so there's a move away from the old tagline. Even more amazingly, Red Bull lost the lawsuit and so had to compensate any customer who felt they'd been mislead. Madness!

Yes - per the T&Cs: "only one claim is permitted per household". So if you've got a friend or family member nearby, or a friendly neighbour, you could enter their details instead. Or you could try "Road/Street/Avenue" on one claim and "Rd/St/Ave" on another - it depends on how sophisticated their systems are.

Is there a limit of how many you can claim at once because it let me enter my details about 6 or 7 times !!!

Thanks, but I already saw that screen, completed the survey, and ended up with the ""THE SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE, SORRY." message. I tried it 3 times with 3 different email addresses round about the same time other people were reporting success and still got the same message.

I was using the Chrome browser on a PC; I wonder if that was the problem? Might try again tomorrow using my phone instead.

Aw, FFS. I just tried it on Saturday morning: got the survey at last (instead of the cartoons), filled it in with all my precious personal details, and was rewarded with the message: "THE SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE, SORRY."

I wouldn't bother.

This is what you see if they still have cans left on a particular day. If you just see cartoons then try again another day (fingers crossed!).
