2 Data Protection and Publicity

Data relating to all participants will be retained by Red Bull for a reasonable period after the Promotion closes to assist Red Bull in running the Promotion fairly and to deal with any queries regarding the Promotion.
2.2 Red Bull reserves the right to use the voice, image, photograph, name, likeness and resolution of the participants for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice to the winners.
3 Competition Rules
3.1 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the Promotion or disqualify any participant without warning.
3.2 We reserve the right to change the Promotion rules and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. 4.3 Red Bull shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.
4.4 You agree to indemnify Red Bull against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with Red Bull.
5 Jurisdiction

Aw, FFS. I just tried it on Saturday morning: got the survey at last (instead of the cartoons), filled it in with all my precious personal details, and was rewarded with the message: "THE SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE, SORRY."

Thanks, but I already saw that screen, completed the survey, and ended up with the ""THE SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE, SORRY." message. I tried it 3 times with 3 different email addresses round about the same time other people were reporting success and still got the same message.

I was using the Chrome browser on a PC; I wonder if that was the problem? Might try again tomorrow using my phone instead.

Very odd - sorry you're having problems. I ordered mine on my iPhone so perhaps it's only available on mobile devices (but it doesn't indicate that anywhere). How bizarre. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Yes - per the T&Cs: "only one claim is permitted per household". So if you've got a friend or family member nearby, or a friendly neighbour, you could enter their details instead. Or you could try "Road/Street/Avenue" on one claim and "Rd/St/Ave" on another - it depends on how sophisticated their systems are.

A bit of background to the promotion (if anyone's interested). I think "one can and you can" will be replacing the "gives you wings" tagline - there was a lawsuit in the US as, amazingly, the drink doesn't give you literal wings, so there's a move away from the old tagline. Even more amazingly, Red Bull lost the lawsuit and so had to compensate any customer who felt they'd been mislead. Madness!
