If you sell anything on fleebay and you get the same question often (where is my item etc) Write your message, press Ctrl + Alt as you press the send button and Roboform will save the message. The next time someone asked the same question just press 'fill form' and you're done.

You still have access to your online passwords, but it won't sync unless you buy another license. You also won't receive updates to Roboform, which are pretty essential as most browsers update themselves relatively frequently.
That said, these deals for Roboform Everywhere come along frequently, keep your eye out for the next one.

Or you could just answer the persons question yourself without an automated response and give a better customer service experience

When you have 100 emails a day with people asking the same question and you can give them a concise reply in an instant, your time would be better spent on running your business. If you hand wrote 100 emails a day, you wouldn't have a business.

A carefully and thoughtfully worded email does not look like a templated reply, especially as you can edit some of the contents if there's an unusual query and to personalise it. My experience as a seller is customers want their questions answered as soon as possible, usually within a few hours (even if the question has already been answered on the listing) the only practical way to do that is to speed up the process where you can. As a customer would you prefer to get an accurate answer to your message within a few hours or would you prefer to wait a day or two to have the same answer, almost identical to the template, but each word typed individually?

If you save your passwords to your dropbox folder, it will be like the Everywhere feature but for free.

I have tried that, I but using the Dropbox folder seemed to slow down the app, I'm unclear why.
