Presumably this means you now own the full game on all three platforms since its a bundle purchase. I checked my account on sony account management site and there is no expiry date like psplus games.

Yep, apparently I now own the license to this game on PS4, PS3 and Vita, not sure why you're not getting more hot votes. But thanks again for posting, I would've missed this as didn't see it spotted in the PS Blogs.

Separate trophy list too?

​Looking at my trophy list it says PS3, PS4, Vita all the same list, so apparently no separate list for a Vita.. That's a shame, I was looking forward getting a platinum again as it was a surprisingly fun game. Might as well still get it, even though got way too much to play on vita as it is.

Any tips to finding the cards? Does the map show where they are?

If you're playing on a vita apparently one trophy is glitched so no way to obtain a platinum trophy.
Otherwise you just have to find them yourself which takes quite a bit of time but it can be done if you're ok with puzzles. Or you can just watch a walkthrough on youtube if you're struggling. As far as I remember it doesn't show up on a map so it's a bit tricky finding them.
