Spotify are offering two months of Premium for free if you sign up via the Playstation Network.
You don't need a playstation to take advantage of it - I don't have one. Just follow the link at the bottom of the Premium page on the Spotify website, and sign up for a free PSN account.
You have to give Sony a payment method, but you can delete it again afterwards.

Thanks, worked great for me, should be available for everybody also as it didn't ask for any email credentials or such.

Maybe the two months is only for certain customers. I spotted it on the website and just assumed it would be the same for everyone.

It does say on the website "up to 2 months free".
I also got 1 month but free is free so I'm not complaining. Just make sure to cancel it and remove payment details.

Keeps failing for me, server issues. Also 1 month. Assuming if you've never claimed a free month it's two.
