My wife says I need to stop using loud English to talk to locals when we are abroad (not that we get trips abroad much anymore). Also, I would like to erase my totally thick time at school, so I found this web site where you can get free language courses for free! I am giving it a try.

Thanks 100mb+ of MP3 files per language it's good for free so worth downloading all or as many as you can as you never know what might be the future..
