I know people have been wondering so here it goes:
They were accepting the voucher on phones when I went yesterday.
They do have a veggie option.
Although the menu seemed to be the same as what it showed online, I have realised that there was a difference.
Online it shows that 5/7 of the options can either come with a beef or veggie patty. In the overhead in-store menu, there was no such indication but there was a separate veggie option, though the 5/7 options still had descriptions that were open to a universal patty choice. At the counter they were puzzled at my order and said there was actually only one option I could have as a veggie.
The veggie patty was nothing special, so I think the specialities of the other options are needed to make it worth it, though the bun was good. I bought the truffle fries along side, which wasn't very nice. The portion was decent, but the the truffle cheese on top wasn't my thing and the fries themselves weren't up to standard of any other chips serving restaurant. The truffle aioli was decent.
Minor downsides are that on three different occasions people queue-jumped, plus for some reason comments were made against a member of staff lining people up against the wall as opposed to leaving the queue blocking the path.
