Only £86.56 for a phone?! I need to spend at least 10x that amount to keep up my reputation

Make sure you have one before lashing out. Small scratches on back will be OK but the front ones less so.

What reputation  you almost sound like an apple fanboy, sun does not shine because you spend 10x that amount, what are you doing on this site if you need to buy a phone for £865.60
This is a great phone at a fantastic price as long as the screen is not damaged as it is used

You say that as if you imagine higher priced phones have no conceivable value. They obviously do in terms of features, the market also dictates the price. It's called choice, choice is a good thing, embrace choice. This phone is underpowered with a feature set that doesn't suit me, however for me I don't need the best camera on the market which the current iPhones have, which is why I have a Sony Xperia XZ and bought it used.
Now the fact that this phone doesn't suit me does not in my mind negate it's value or purpose, it means that it simply doesn't suit me, just as an iPhone 8 doesn't suit me.
It's currently fashionable to denigrate higher priced phones based on price, the point is price is only one aspect and without these phones you have less of a choice. There are options for everyone at every price point, if every phone vectored towards the higher prices then we'd have a big problem, but this won't happen due to market forces.

While you make a cogent case for respecting each others mobile telephony purchasing decisions I believe that you are missing a crucial and if I may be so impertinent to say so, bleedin obvious point. HE WAS HAVING A LARF. Lighten up.

Great line of phones, with a constant roll of the latest android updates.

I think I bought this last time on a deal advertised here. The transparent lens cover was missing. Photographs could be taken ok, but there was no protection for the lens itseft. Also the case had strange markings on it. I sent it back and got a full refund, but I don`t think I`d get another second hand phone from Amazon

The Plus version with 3GB RAM for £100 would be hotter. You could easily get 2 years of service effectively losing only £50 per year.

The plus version is £20 more also for a"used-very good" condition at amazon warehouse. As posted above I'd personally go for that (3gb RAM +32gb storage) instead.
have the swift 2 plus excellent phone well worth it at this price

I am thinking about getting this phone but not sure about battery life. What's your experience?

Mine last a day happily, although I use it for audible / Music on my hour long drive to work and home, then email, fitness tracking, a few apps here and there usually have 60%+ at 9pm in the evening when I pop it on to charge for a hour
