Does any body remember if this used to say something about whisky on the label. Sure it used to say along the lines of a hint of whisky. Anyhow good stuff

All I remember was an advert in Viz saying "nothing satisfies like a Bishop's finger" featuring a well endowed maiden. On the whisky front Mcewan's whisky edition is great but cheapest I've found it is 4 for £6.

Cheers haven't tried that, I'll keep an eye out. Had old peculiar a few times and enjoyed that so why not eh?

It has that whisky tinge and IMHO, better than McEwan's. B&M's used to sell it cheaply, but Morrison's did stock it.

The ones I recall said something along the lines of: - a Bishop's Finger gives me untold pleasure - I love a session on the Bishop's Finger - Nothing satisfies me quite like a Bishop's Finger
I think I saw these in the Old Spot pub in Gloucestershire about 8years ago.

I've often asked my wife if she fancies a mouthful of an Old Growler............
