Just can't justify the expense of a new console, especially when there are sooooooo many games that are on the shopping list that one wants to pick up (eventually). Like RE7... and Wolfenstein 2.
For the price of a new console (ie the XBox One S), one could get most of the following £15-odd titles:
RE7 Valkyria Chronicles Dragons Dogma Rad Rodgers Axiom Verge AER - Memories of Old The Surge Okami Final Fantasy XII Resident Evil Origins Collection Batman Return to Arkham Batman: Arkham Knight Mafia III Mad Max Heavy Rain & Beyond: Two Souls Collection No Man's Sky Deception IV
And I haven't begun to mention higher priced games such as: Inside-Limbo Double Pack Hitman White Day Call of Duty: WWII Raiden V Wolfenstein 2
So many games... So little time.

Don't get Mafia 3 waste of money and time. Good job a friend lent me it. Very repetitive nothing like mafia 2

I went and bought inside. I can honestly tell you it's immense. It's a short game but it's fantastic.

Worth buying now or waiting for GOTY edition?

Season pass is £24.99, so if GOTY is under £40 (which it probably will be) it would be better value.
But if the season pass gets a discount at some point, it might be cheaper with that.

I guess the key question here though is "is any of the DLC worth buying/playing?"

I just this minute cancelled my Tesco order for taking too long. Ordered on 28th and still not even dispatched. Will order with someone else, even if its a couple of quid more.

Amazing game. Best Resident Evil in a long long time. Also best horror game I have ever played.
