With Halloween fast approaching, I've been looking around for my carving kit & can't find it anywhere, so am going to have to buy a new one (I do this every year, there must be a box full of them somewhere), had a quick look around & came across one with 3 stencils included for just £1 C+C @ Wilko. Reviews are good & I don't mind losing it between this year & next year at that price.
Although it does contain 3 stencils, I think that they will be quite basic, so thought I'd find a few free stencil pattern links & pop those below (if you have any links or even pics of your own creations, then please feel free to post them in the thread. Would love to see some of your skills!
Saw the pic and was suprised it was pumpkin related

I was looking around for my pumpkin carving kit, too, then realised I never had one, as I just use a combination of kitchen knives and my Stanley knife!
However, good price and may be safer for kids to use themselves, perhaps (under supervision, of course)? Heat.
P.S. Out of stock

i generally use kitchen knives etc but got a pack of these type for the little one to use - they are fairly blunt and the edge is rounded so seem MUCH safer than general knives (look like they couldn't cut butter)
the things actually cut basic kids designs much more easily than normal knives as well due to the heavy serration and the rounded edge is sharp enough to puncture the pumpkin easily to start each part
so its pretty safe unless you actually try to carve
