Good find - looks decent for the price.
Could do with one myself :skull_crossbones:

I love the review that complains about the slate angle.

I don't have one of these but I've bought a LOT of cheaper office chairs over the years and I'm generally down on any chair where the arms aren't attached to the back.
It means your entire weight - if you lean back - is usually pressing on one bit of metal which WILL bend and/or break eventually...
Maybe this is made of unobtanium and it's not a problem - maybe you don't lean back much - just a thought...

Spend £200 and get a proper chair like the GTOmega or DXRacer chairs, for the amount you'd spend in your lifetime on chairs that £200 would seem like an amazing deal

For £200 I'd expect a real leather chair not a PVC one especially if I'm going to go racing in it :relaxed: The Amazon trader should be called out for describing the GT Omega chairs as leather when they aren't.

These gaming chairs are inferior in quality when compared to normal chairs of the same price
I'm looking for a new chair for the office at home, and can't settle on what to buy.
Herman Miller Aeron is what I want, but there's no way I can justify that price tag!

I'm in the market for a new chair, my old Mayfair Leather Chair I got from Staples many moons ago has lost its plumpness, plus the gas lift has gone so I'm slightly too low (I know I could change the gas but seems an inordinate amount of hassle).
I like the look of the GT Omega ones however I like the padded armrests - can anyone recommend a good chair with padded armrests - preferably REAL leather, not PU rubbish...

I just went for the fabric one when I bought mine as I wasn't fussed on leather, it's so comfy you can sleep on it and so well built it could probably take the weight of 2 people. All the other chairs I'd got in the past were £50 cheap ones which broke after a year of 2 of slouching because the back support eventually gave out while these have really solid metal supports on the side distributing the weight evenly across each side with massive bolts you screw in. The plastic arm rests aren't actually that bad if you set them the correct way but it's not really that difficult to add some padding to them if you want.
The £180 I spent on gtomegaracing.com/gt-…ric is one of the best £180 I've ever spent, can sit on it for hours without getting uncomfortable and needing to shift about and does wonders for your posture.

Thanks for the info! I think I probably will go for a GT Omega chair, they definitely seem the best around that price.
