It let me download the installer straight away without logging in or asking to register. But I haven't actually installed the game as don't have much space :P

It requires you to create an account when you install it. In actualk fact I couldn't get the game to activate at all as it kept on crashing with a could not contact server error.

You get a free game to keep forever, it doesn't seem pointless to me. I've gotten Ryse and Strike Suit Zero from them before.

I'd rather pay £2 during sale (https://www.steamprices.com/uk/app/64000/men-of-war-assault-squad) and not install yet another game service. It's enough that Ubistoft shoves their launcher down the throat to play Siege..

Ryse and Strike Suit Zero were worth it for me....this one, not so much...but if you like strategy games there's very little to lose to get a FREE game!

Wouldn't install for me. Kept saying error very early in the install
