Good game, but I thought it went downhill in episode 4 and episode 5 and its ending was atrocious where the choices meant nothing and it is full of plot holes there. Still a nice game, easy gamerscore too.

The choices meant nothing for the ending? Simply not true!

Please tell me how the choices affected the ending. The two endings is through a binary choice that happened no matter what choices you made.

I’m definitely going to avoid any further spoilers here, but your choices along the way cleverly help to build stronger connections to certain characters, that makes decisions late in the game more difficult as a result. I’ve played the game many, many times and depending on the decisions you make you can influence how the game plays out a fair bit. To say they could have done anything other with the ending than what they did though, would be crazy imo.

*SPOILERS*
Yes, some of the choices you made changed some small parts of the game and sub-plots such as seen in episode 2, some affected more in terms of character, and some of them only affected dialogue or had no real effect, such as first choice of episode 4. Either way, these didn't have any effect on the main plot. But by the time you finish the game, these choices had no effect on the ending and no matter what ending you got through that one single choice you make, you learn that these choices you previously made were only temporary and have no effect whatsoever anymore by the end since either everybody is dead or you reverted time again through that plot hole, because somehow you can revert time in the classroom before you go to the bathroom and it has no effect, but the one in the bathroom to save her causes all destruction, or that when your current consciousness "disappears" from the moment when you choose to let her die, your past consciousness kicks in and somehow never uses her power when she knows she has it, doesn't save her when she doesn't know anything about the future and yeah... the ending just ruins it. I'm just disappointed with how the game went towards the end, or else it would've been better.
