Very good price, can get it slightly cheaper via VPN but without the hassle.

I played the demo for this and was fairly disappointed.
It still seems like they are using the PS2 based port of the game and it plays horribly compared to the console iterations.
I find pro evo on PC better (although I prefer Fifa on PS4).

It's the exact same engine (Frostbite) and actually superior on the PC as can be run at 4k 60fps+. It definitely is not a PS2 based port and hasn't been since about 2008.
Are you using a really old graphics card or something?

Maxed out on everything on a 1080 at 1440p. Honestly compare it side by side to Fifa running on a PS4/Pro.
Unless its just me it seems like a entirely different game.

Yep, it's just you. It looks incredible on a 1080, the PS4 Pro is akin to running it on a 1060. If you have a 1080 and it doesn't look better then you have serious driver issues or someone sold you a gtx 750ti and told you it was a 1080 :joy:

Stop being so over dramatic... It doesn't look like a PS2 port. It's uses the frostbite engine the same as Battlefield and Mass Effect Andromeda and those games look completely fine.

You can play for 10 hours if you have Origin Access (£3.99 a month)

Is it not locked to 60fps?

Yes but very easy to fix. Disable Vsync in the Nvidia control panel and the change FPS settings to "no limit" in the FIFA 18 launcher. Looks incredible if you a 144hz monitor and decent gfx card
I guess it will be a similar process for AMD users.

Seems to be £47.99 now

Game has increased in price to £47.99
So if you still want the game for £30, you will need to buy from the South Korean Origin store

I’ve played it at 144hz with a solid 144fps and it runs like a dream. Console eat your heart out!
