For those of you with the newer versions of Android, this is built in and known as "Night Mode". Very handy feature. I also use f.lux on the laptop to prepare my eyes for sleep after a long day working. Great apps.

I have an HTC M9 running Android 7.0, it's called Night Mode and under "Display & Gestures" settings. May differ on other handsets I guess.

It's built into Windows 10 as well. I used to use fl.ux but no need having another application when it is built in.

Ah yes, I forgot about that. I use f.lux as it's more versatile for laptop (I'm on it 14-16 hours a day working) and it can control my Philips Hue lights too, but for sure the built in one would be fine for normal use.

Looks like it's reduced for a few hours.
