How can it be this price with those specs? Am I I missing something
edit: guys quick note, your pc needs a DVI slot to take advantage of the 144hz, the hdmi slot is 1.4 so it won’t do more than 60hz on hdm

GIven the 3D vision support and lack of freesync I'm guessing it's rather an old model these days.
Are you sure it won't accept a 144hz signal over HDMI? HDMI 1.4 itself is quite capable of it, it has marginally more bandwidth than dual-link DVI.

I read a few reviews on it to see what people think and general consensus says that 1.4 only transmits 60hz signal so you will only see 60hz on screen unless using DVI

I have this monitor, it's not great.
Minor gripe but it takes ages to turn on. More major gripe this thing is brighter than the sun even when brightness is turned down to minimum. In the evening I don't even need the light on in the room because this thing illuminates the entire room. Due to this extreme brightness I've noticed some definition/detail is lost when playing games and also my eyes don't like looking into the sun for too long.

Theres a post on reddit with custom calibrations on the colour profile,
"I just got this monitor and went through calibration with my colorimeter.
I always calibrate my screens to around 100cd/m2 brightness as that
is a good brightness level to view without straining your eyes.
Brightness = 0
Contrast = 32
Color Temperature = WARM
The WARM color temperature is actually quite accurate.
Average delta E = 2.28, with no delta E greater than 4.0
Gamma = 2.09 (target is 2.2).
However, greater accuracy is given with the following
Color Temperature = USER
RED = 100
GREEN = 95 94
BLUE = 100
With these settings,
Average delta E = 1.61 0.88, with no delta E greater than 2.38 2.5
Gamma = 2.08 2.24 (target is 2.2).
Remember, the colour settings are dependent on the brightness and
contrast as I have set above. If you choose your own
brightness/contrast, the colour settings will not work."

Yes you will still get screen tearing unless you use V-sync or something similar. This is why you ideally want Freesync or Gsync although it will cost more than this.
Personally I don't see the point of 144Hz without it unless your rig can do 144fps.
