Bought these last week purchased late Thursday night and arrived on Saturday. I've suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for months, the pain is chronic and after wearing these I haven't suffered from pain. I've been swopping these between my slippers and trainers and today I purchased another two so I don't need to keep swopping between trainers etc. The best price I've come across and the reviews are excellent. Highly recommended.

Cheers op ordered as I've got fallen arches hope they help, had ones made by a chiropodist but were still painful wearing them

I have these, not as effective as full length as they slip down the shoe so can be a pain to put your shoes on as you end up having to position them everytime. in general well worthwhile trying if you have high instep etc

CLASS 1 MEDICAL DEVICE makes it sound good? when it actually means it is subject to the lowest amount of regulation and control for any medical devices, oh and also it an FDA approval rating which is not even applicable here, begs the question how and why it is being sold in the UK

I suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for 2 years. I had insoles and one of those heel stretching devices which brought some relief but the pain always returned. I thought I would be suffering with it for life, some mornings it was crippling. I'd go through good spells but the pain would return. After 2 years I worked out that it was caused by hiking boots. I'd bought a pair, loved them so much that I bought another 2 pairs as I saw them in a hot deal on this site. So, on and off I was wearing this brand of boots for 2 years (I do a lot of walking with my dogs so wore them regularly all year round). As soon as I binned them, including a pair worn twice, the pain cleared up and hasn't returned. That was a year ago. The boots were SO comfy, I'd never have suspected them, I only worked it out when I treated myself to another brand of boots and wore them for a month, wore the culprits again once and felt the pain the next morning. Sorry for boring you all to death but I just thought it may be of some use to somebody that is suffering to maybe consider their footwear.

Tempted to try these as I paid £40 for a pair of insoles from a podiatrist a few years ago.

I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for 6 months to a year. My salvation were these supports I got from Amazon.
