Got this the other month from tomtop, but just had an email to say it's on offer with gearbest for $115 which works out as £84.78. Not quite as cheap at tomtop which I think was £81 with discount code. 3% cash back via quidco. Mine arrived with no customs issues or additional costs and it works great. Really recommended for those smooth shots with your mobile phone or action cam (adapter plate needed for a few £) ote this is for the black version only.

Is this just an over priced selfie stick? I remember the days before selfie sticks where people just had friends to take pictures.

It’s not for selfies, that would be a huge waste, but for ultra stable video shooting, They really make a difference and make videos look very professionally shot especially on drones.
You wouldn't use this with a drone. It's handheld so designed to be used with a phone, dslr camera, gopro etc. I'm seriously considering buying one of these.

This is nothing like a selfie stick, this a tool shooting professional looking video.

Nope, a gimbal tries to isolate the motion of the camera from the motion of the user. Imagine jogging and recording, normally the video would be a shaky mess but with a good gimbal you'd get a totally smooth video. That said I'm not sure why you'd attach one to your phone over a good DSLR, it's like spending money hotrodding your Ford Fiesta, it's still not as good as a Ferrari would be.

Great Gimbal, got mine from TomTop at around £75 after TCB, also no import VAT/Duty either. Definitly worth investing in one of these if you can't get the DJI Osmo Mobile.

Agreed, it's a great gimbal. The only down side are for Android users, their app is lacking in a lot of functionality and buggy compared to their iOS.

Great gimbal. I personally ordered from amazon for 120 only for the piece of mind of the returns process as it was too much money for me to risk if it developed problems. But great price if you want one.
