This has to be one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest these have been?Log in and use code LEDXYUKfor the discount.
Finally time to grab one for me, as I've been considering one for a while now and should go nice in the gaming room. Just bought some strips from behind the desk, for a bit of accent lighting.

Only works with 1 bulb but still extremely cheap. Hot

Just create another account with a new email address and buy another. That's what I did

Apparently they're the 3rd largest phone producer in the world now. Should be safe on them sticking around!

It kind of happens with these Chinese companies though. Remember when HTC was the darling? Now they are really struggling.

Xiaomi don't actually make this product, Yeelight is just a company they invested in and help by selling through their channels.

Given that at the end of 2014 the company was valued at 46 billion dollars (15 billion more than Sony and 13 times more than Motorola) they would have to spectacularly cock it up to disappear. :relaxed: They seem to be deveoping into a (very large scale) Dragon's Den by seeking out innovative small tech companies and investing money and marketing expertise etc into them. I believe Yeelight was just such a company.
Long may they continue to show us just how much we are ripped off in the UK! This bulb for 7 quid does basically everything a 50 quid Philips Hue bulb does - and without the need for a 50 quid bridge! The first of the 6 I've ordered arrived yesterday and to say I'm impressed would be massively understating it.

HERE HERE!!
agree with you of how I hope the company carry on what they are doing. bringing all these investments into the xioami system, so stuff works better is great. in terms of the lights, I have 1 and another 2 on order. like you said, one of the best things about them is the lack of needing a hub type box. makes life a lot easier as it means less wires connected to the hub.
just wish they would make these lights in more different designs.
