Gearbest seem quite slow with delivery. Good prices but slow. It will very likely arrive but can take a month.

It depends on the shipping method as it comes from China. I've used Priority Line before, which came in 7 days (last mile courier is Yodel). Although the dates seem seemed to have increased since then.

Also, in curious about the differences. There's a Bluetooth 4.2 version which looks awesome and you can charge and play at the same time. Details/sound review here -

Better speaker, nice that it has an aux socket but it's not £17 it's more like £20.

The second generation one is $28.58 including postage compared to $15.99 for the 1st generation one (using the code 11NOV042 - postage is free) so almost double the cost. I'm not sure it's worth it.

Looks like 2nd generation too. Looks solid would last a while but be nice to have replaceable battery when the one built-in is dead. Too much disposable tech these days. If only Xiaomi would offer to sell new batteries.

I have the black version of this. It's a great little speaker for the money. Absolutely perfect for traveling light due to its size and shape. It's surprisingly loud too!
