One of the best looking Xbox controllers out there and at the best price you can find them

For the tech difference between these and PS4 controllers, they should all be £30, no matter what design they have on them.

Presumably the pointless light bar and irrelevant touch pad...

Light bar, mono speaker, touchpad and a rechargeable battery. Shows you how much more of a markup Microsoft and retailers are making on Xbox One controllers when compared to PS4 ones. Xbox One controllers should have been cheaper than PS4 ones.

Battery life is awful in ps4 controllers and just to point out ps4 controllers have a higher rrp than Xbox pads it's upto retailer's for there prices not sony or MS

All pointless upgrades. I do prefer the PS4 pad though, the xbox one gives me white hand syndrome.

1. Go to Settings > All Settings > Ease of Access > Controller and select Vibration settings.
2. Choose the controller you want to change and select Configure.
For an Xbox Elite Controller, select the configuration profile you want to change. Then select Edit > Vibration and move the sliders to adjust vibration settings.
For the Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn controller vibration on or off.

All complete useless extra features for the mark up of around £10-£15. Ps4 controllers are for child size hands they give me hand aches after an hour because they soo small. Xbox controllers are much more ergonomic.

The lights are awesome. Especially in couch co-op they can reflect who controls what; damage taken, teams etc. The mini speaker makes the game more immersive with scriptures (Mordor) gun loading sounds, ghosts (tomb raider) etc. I find the Xbox controller too big and the PS4 controller only slightly too small, I prefer the PS4 controller. However the Nintendo switch pro controller fits between the two sizes and is very nice

Oh FFS. Are you happy now? Start a console war with your stupid statement.
Who really cares? I have an XBOX, need a a controller. I also have a PS4, but don't need a spare controller. Will your silly comment help me find a cheap controller? No! The OP has kindly done that. This is a great price at present. OP, have some heat. All you other arguing PS4 lovers go play on your PS's, rather than stirring up another console war.

Ok I'll continue to stir the fanboy war cauldron on here... . . . . . . . No games this year to play the controller on :skull_crossbones:

Player Unknown Battlegrounds.
It's going to be the biggest game on Xbox and won't be on PS4 for a long long time after.

Yet it's been on PC for months already with huge player counts and probably runs better, can't exactly call that an 'unique exclusive'

Oh man, just got the Elite deal from Tesco (selling the Forza console) as it will go nice with my Project Scorpio when it arrives in November, otherwise I'd have snapped this up

Good job it has rechargeable battery, as the battery life on a Dual Shock is terrible. And you can replace the MS ones....

I have a PS4 charging dock. Never had a controller die on me while gaming because they live on the dock and give around 4hrs of playtime. Even in a major session over 4hrs, I can either switch controller or I have a break to eat or something and come back to an extra couple of hours of battery. With my Xbox controllers however I have rechargeables living on the wall, yeah they last longer but it isn't at all convenient, such a hassle in comparison and very archaic pulling the back off to replace the batteries; almost laughable in this day and age.

You can get rechargeable battery packs, yes extra expense, but you can then fall back on AA if you forget to charge the pad.
Anyway, pointless arguing about it - both have pros and cons. My DS4 is starting to give me RSI which is annoying as I have games on my PS4 that I want to play, so I am favouring my Xbox at the moment. Each to their own...

If I'd not just bought another elite controller, I'd be all over this. Great find. Heat added.
