"Max torque 13Nm"... is this accurate ?, my 10.8v Makita drill driver has the same and even a cheapie B&D 18v combi offers 30Nm, if it is only 13Nm max torque there's no way this will drill a 20mm hole in a brick.

You can't buy drills on what Nm it says it has as there is no industry standard. Some count the hard or soft torque and some count the sustained torque. So not the best guide. This drill will be a lot more powerfull then any battery drill

No' it isn't accurate' SDS drill power is measured in motor power - 650w in this instance and Joules which shouldn't be confused with Nm even though theoretically they are both the same value.
Nm on your drill driver is the force of the chuck spin ( the power and resistance in which it can turn into the material ) where as an SDS drill is measured in impact energy ( being a hammer function ) hammering and spinning at the same time.
I think you'll find this SDS drill has a capacity of 1.3 Joules - which for the motor power of 650w is to be expected although other brands such as the Bosch GBH2000 has an impact energy of 1.6 Joules against a slightly lower power of 620w so obviously the Bosch is better but that's also 3 times the price.
Overall this should be fine for around the house DIY and I think it's quite capable of drilling into brick.

I've had one of these for a few years and have been using it while renovating a property to chase ot walls and dig out for wall sockets using a square cutter as well as some core drilling. No regrets in buying.
Although not usually stated, it does have a safety clutch.
