Just a heads up, I don’t think tp-link work with BT. At least none of my adapters worked. Had to change them all to d-link.

Damn I have BT, what do you mean by 'it doesn't work', do you mean that the appliance doesn't respond to the ethernet signal?

They are definitely not ISP specific maybe you had a faulty one.

I think the issue I had was with the smart hub.

No way! Whatever I tried just ended up with the smart hub disconnecting. Wasn't this model mind. Was the TL-PA551. AV500 or summet.
Worked fine with plusnet, which I think use bt. Just didn't seem to play with the smart hub.
Anyone tried a real world speed test of these? I currently get 120MBs via ethernet but would like to try these for flexibility of location.

I just ordered them, but by the looks of it (as it is on clearance), they may be some in stock so I think I might be lucky to get them in my area. But I will do a test on them when I get it

I got the adapter and before using it I got 10Mbps (which is horrible) now with the adapter I got 70Mbps which is great. I play overwatch and my ping stays on 15 ping which is fluent

Thanks OP. Ordered. Will see if they are really any faster than my current Devolo AV500 ones!

Ok, so these are not wifi but I thought " mimo with beamforming " was all about how the wifi connection worked. Confused.
I heard rumours that these av2 mimo devices cause interference on vdsl causes line drops. Some reviews mentioned this on Amazon. Not sure if true

I have the TP-link 1Gbps which has a problem waking up from power save mode. I need to unplug and plug them in again quite often. That's the TL-PA7010KIT.

Jonnboy have you contacted TP Link? They sent me a beta firmware that lets you turn off power save. Mine are the 8030 kit. There are also other power save programs available on their forum.
Max speed for mine is less than 100. I'm putting that down to the wiring in our house

I use tp 1.2 on BT HH6 and also have the 3 port + wifi giving a 2 wifi network out the rear of the house with no issues. ok I have I can't remember the password to swap the 2 wifi settings lol.
