Heated, amazing price for a triple film 4K boxset. With this and the recent Zavvi deals on 4K films (John Wick 1&2 and Bourne 5 films set), it is becoming a very good time to get into UHD Bluray!

No, I haven't had those yet, but they did honour the John Wick UHD set for £25 or £22.50 with unidays code. Not quite on the scale of the Bourne set granted but a nice little saving over the ridiculous RRP of 4K discs...

I was like you lot ... thinking they would Not Honour The Price ... BUT I have had some fantastic Gaming deals ,consoles & stuff & only ONCE .... they Refused to Honour the prices I Paid.
Yeah zavvi Emailed to say that it was delayed up & would receive On Or After 25/09/2017 but I have had 2 Dispatched emails saying they are on their way .... My John Wick 1&2 was sent & received last Friday with Mr Postie Too

Yep, mine dispatched too. Just hope it is as ordered. SInce the John Wick set was it is looking good, really nice of Zavvi to honour considering how easily they could have cancelled since they only take payment on dispatch. Noticed that this set is still showing as £25 on Tesco Direct suggesting it's not a misprice (surely they would have noticed it by now if it was?).
Perhaps they are deliberately pricing some of these box sets more reasonably to try and boost 4K player uptake as it's no good selling UHD Blurays if no ones buying them....

I am a little suspicious of the price as it does seem too good to be true for 4K. I wonder if it is the price for the normal Bluray set? A similar thing happened several months ago with Trainspotting T2 UHD for £15 on Tesco Direct and it turned out to be the regular Bluray not the UHD, but I just sent them a complaint email and got the full payment back giving me a free Bluray :raised_hand:
Still wouldn't let it put you off ordering, worst case you might get your money back or else the Bluray version, which you could then return or better yet get a discount on....

Was tempted by this for my eventual UHD player purchase. But on looking into it a little more, it appears that another moview releases next year so this won't even be a full boxset. Good price though and heated for that.

Still £25.... unlike the Bourne deal recently, it looks like this may not have been a misprice.

Yep and actually in stock it seems (says you can collect from store).
Unfortunately, mine still hasn't been sent for some reason (pre-ordered for home delivery) anyone else who ordered it still waiting for delivery? Was going to call but I looked in my order status and it says "processing" and delivery by 22nd so I'll give them till then, just seems odd that some are receiving them so quickly and mine hasn't even been sent yet
Still really impressed that Tesco still seem to be honouring this and haven't raised their price. Cheaper UHDs is great for everyone, more players sold and a larger audience so more much needed releases for the format...

Yeah, I ordered mine on the 18th due to be delivered to store on the 19th. It still says "order created".
I do like that they are getting cheaper, but feel that if they get too cheap then the quality of them will decline as they won't invest as much into making them decent. The first three bourne movies are rubbish for 4k quality. The first one looks like a DVD and im playing this on an OLED and Oppo UDP 203. There are certain movies that i'll pay upward of £50 if they made it amazing (interstellar especially).

I got this too. I phoned immediately and was told that they had run out of stock. Not happy about this at all as I got my pre-order in well before release I should have been guaranteed a copy, especially since others are receiving them, even multiple copies, I only ordered one and still got cancelled :disappointed:
Especially annoying since I called yesterday since it seemed to be taking an age to come and was assured that everything was fine and I would get it today. Plus as I used clubcard points they have now dissapeared out my account and I'm told I won't get them back till they next allocate in November! :rage:
Was told that they would at least match the price for me even if it comes back in dearer, but I'll still be paying more as now I have no clubcard vouchers to use and it still won't help me if they don't get anymore in. Really angry about this tempted to write a complaint email...

Called again yesterday and was assured it was definitely back in stock now (even though according to the website it never even went OOS). So I re-ordered for click and collect today after 3. While I suppose it is still possible it could arrive it is still sitting on order created "processing" (not yet dispatched) just like the last one did before cancelling. It's a while since I used click and collect, but shouldn't it have been dispatched with less than 5 hours till I (should) be able to collect it?

Don't know what's going on here. My order also got cancelled (saying they made an error) but the item was still in stock at the same price on Saturday, so I reordered it for collection.......due to be ready for pickup by 3pm today, but nothing more since the order was confirmed, and now the order status remains in CREATED status (?). If they had cancelled, saying it was an error and had updated the price on the website that would have made some sense. However, even now (and even after the cancellations) it is still showing as £25 for the trilogy.
