They're all long out of copyright and so there's nothing to pay to the author. Most are pd now.

Awesome book....it's got tons of quotable stuff. My favourite: "The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself"
