I bought two of these. Waste of money imo apart from use as extra insulation. For all the comfort they provide you might aswell be on the ground.

They are rubbish. You can make them slightly better. Let them self inflate. Then at the end blow into the cap while slowly turning it closed. It boosts the air volume more than it can do itself. For £3 ideal for sleepovers on the kids bedroom floor.

Fill these with polystyrene beans and that's an ideal solution to a flat mat!
