I bought one today from Tesco Macclesfield - not very noisy at all and pretty powerful. You definitely get your £3.75's worth

They've never had pedestal fans in there. I'm sure the sign was from when they were half price.

I was in the Clay Cross Tesco they had the small ones on the top shelf for £3.75 and on the bottom there were the pedestal ones for £7.50 they had loads of each.
