Don’t buy it. Concurrent users is dropping as low as 20, this will either go free fully of shut down altogether.

So probably try it and then wait for it go free-to-play permanently then (it was originally going to be free to play I believe)? The free weekend looks to have boosted the numbers from a daily minimum of around 30 or so up to around 500 at the moment (steamcharts.com/app…280).

I'm sure it'll drop again when the cod beta goes live Friday afternoon.

It's actually live now. 50,000 players last time I checked. Versus 500 for Lawbreakers...ouch

That moment when you realise you've dropped a free weekend at the same time as a beta of one of the biggest and most anticipated call of duty games in 10 years (which I will add, I tried it and it's the best PC iteration of call of duty since modern warfare).
Back on subject though, I played the beta of Lawbreakers, and it screams F2P. It's shallow, hollow, empty. May as well play the free version of Unreal tournament.

Call of Duty®: WWII - PC Open Beta is receiving Mostly Negative reviews at the moments (28% positive of 11,993), though it is still early days. And maybe it's people just shouting to be heard and to influence the devs.

might aswell chuck in my 2 pence worth.......... im old school (and old 42) These days it seems i'm completely out of the gaming pool when it comes to 'online gamers' and get myself obliterated within a few minutes, yup.... where's the fun in that?
I'm just happy these days, just to stick to decent game campaigns or split screen gaming with my son, and all this 'microtransaction' sh*t...... .well *pfffft* kinda fed up with how the modern gaming malarky seems to be panning out these days..... sucking all the fun out of everything and at a premium price for extra content :fearful:

I have no interest in these type of games whatsoever be it this, overwatch, Destiny, Titanfall, Battlefront, COD online, and the rest....give me a good single player campaign all and nyday of the week.

Well thank you for coming into this thread for an online only beta of one of the biggest online game franchises that has ever been created just to let us know your preferred gaming genres. I think my Saturday is going to be a good one now I know you prefer single player campaigns, I had been sat wondering for ages.
I'm now going to comment on as many threads about motorbikes and tell everyone in there that I like cars.

It's like the ones who go into a restaurant deal post and spout the usual holier than thou drivel about it being bad for you and cheaper to make it yourself.

They really need to make this game free. The people who paid full price can't really complain because at this rate they won't be able to find a game in a months time.
