Looking for a 55 tv and was going to buy from Richer Sounds for £649 and then did a quick search for reviews and found it even cheaper.
Promo code sports60 takes £60 off the £649 price. Is this better than the Samsung 55MU6400?

I bought this TV from richer sounds for £649 . I am very pleased with it. I did get a 6 year guarantee with it.

Unfortunately the TV doesn't have much of an effect with HDR due its specs.

Is this better than a Samsung Mu6500? I bought a 49 inch version of that for £520 the other day. Might return and get this if its better.

Both this TV and the 6500 aren't 10 bit panels, you have to go up to the 49UH668V LG or the the UM7000 series for Samsung to get 10 bit, but has to be 55" or bigger, not the 49um7000.

It was the Playstation Now streaming subscription service, which was discontinued this year on all platforms except PS4 and PC. Not to be confused with Playstation Plus which is a subscription service used to play online and get some bonus stuff like games and discounts for the PS4, PS3 and Vita platforms.

Mines getting delivered later. Had a 55 inch hitachi that now appears to not be working as a HORIZONTAL LINE has appeared on it last few days. Rang Argos and due the hitachi one being discontinued they rang me last week and gave me this instead. As you can imagine I'm over the moon as this costs 300 more than the hitachi and this supports 4K WELL DONE ARGOS (_;)

FYI. We ordered this tv on Sunday and just seen our bank account and was charged the full £649. We did use the discount code and it went through on the order email with the discount. We've contacted them and they are looking into our order. Maybe worth checking your bank account.

If you have a Costco card they have this TV on offer. Cant remember the exact prices but it was about £635 ish (thats including VAT), but you get a 5 year Costco warranty.
Agree with the comment above that the picture is great.
One thing I am struggling with is to get any of the Smart features (Netflix, Amazon, BBC player etc.) to play through my surround sound. So if anyone has any clues??? Works through surround perfect on everything but the apps (optical out).
