Bought the 49" version last Black Friday for £199, luckily was giving it as a Christmas gift, it's tragic.

Haha, no, not quite so bad. But everytime I visit their house the picture looks worse!
The worst thing is every person on the screen has really red lips and sometimes a red nose too, and no adjusting of the settings can sort it.
I did get a partial refund of £50 from Tesco because I complained about this fault and they couldn't supply a replacement, but even at £149 it's pants.

I bought the 32" a few days ago, picture is good, sound is good, smart is very basic but we only wanted Netflix and it even has a Netflix button on the remote so perfect for us

red lips is because the contrast and colour is too high or it's on 'dynamic' picture pre-set on the 'picture' button on the remote. There is also a 'personal' setting which gives the usual fine tuning for picture. Same for sound which is very good once you increase the bass and lower mid range.

Tried all that mate, and of course Tesco issued a partial refund due to fault, it really can't be rectified in settings
