Similar deals seem to be closer to £800 and with less data and fewer minutes and texts each month. The upfront cost of this deal is usually £369.99, but use code TRSAVES8 at checkout to get it for £99.99 instead.
Available in Midnight Black, Coral Blue and Orchid Grey.
Do they? I have dual SIM one is on Vodafone the other on O2, the signal strength is always different. If I'm out of coverage on Vodafone, then I can use O2, hence the dual SIMs

They do. It was pointed out to me that although they share masts, the networks still independently process the onward connection. It should mean that there is no difference in signal strength between the 2 but there may still be differences caused by the onward processing. You may happen to live in 1 of the last areas being joined up but if you want dual SIM for wider coverage, you shouldn't use o2 with Vodafone.
You're only saving money on what was a ridiculously expensive deal to begin with. A deal was posted recently with 5GB of data and 125 up front and went cold.

Heated. I’m an iPhone user but I think this is a great deal because it’s not far off the price of handset only and 4GB is a decent amount of data with Wi-fi everywhere now. Might want to put which network as know some have promos where some streaming services don’t use your data too.

Better than being stuck on Three for 2 years - that was the first thing I thought when I saw the 4GB tariff at £27

£748 total contract price isn't really a good deal to me. The S8 can be bought for sub £500 now so you're paying a lot just for the contract

Feel free to post better........ Even if the phone is available for £500 (not in UK it's not) you're basically left with £10 a month for a contract which the best you can get for that price is the 5gb Plusnet deal.
So maybe you can just about break even on this deal but that involves a £500+ upfront payment

Paying £8 per month here at virgin for the same amount of everything (4GB, unltd everything else) so to me it would be paying more.. the S8 is about £460 at places like eglobalcentral so it's a saving

Phones from eglobalcentral are not UK specification and have a snapdragon quad core CPU so not a correct comparison.
For a EU phone this is a good deal.

How can you compare a phone with virtually no warranty to one with a full 2 year UK warranty? You may as well say they are cheaper on eBay or Gumtree etc.
Unless you can find a UK company selling the phone for less than £500 this looks a good deal

I guess if you're prone to breaking your phone and like being stuck with the same phone for 2 years then sure this is an okay deal. Personally always go sim free though - selling the phone after a year is better from a price point than after two years

Hiya. Is £27 to cover phone and call costs ? If so, good deal. My o2 on GS7 is £41. No upfront fee though. Must say, sorry don't like Vodafone. Terrible customet service. Good price though.

My post, 5 above yours, explains where to buy for £490. It's 529 euro for the silver version, direct from Amazon Germany. Current exchange rate is 1.1394 making it about £465 and Amazon usually add on a small charge. Means, if you have the right payment card, a price of under £475.
Opening post
Samsung Galaxy S8
