Exactly  £452 for a product with no warranty
No idea why these deals are allowed on here

Maybe they reckon we are smart enough to decide if a warranty is important to us.

Maybe the referral money is more important to them

You're perfectly correct to make a buyer aware that this is a grey import. But I can't agree with you suggesting that this type of deal should be removed just because you value a specific type of warranty so highly.

It`s not a specific type of warranty though is it? It`s no warranty.

"Up to 24-Month Warranty: 24 months warranty for all photographic products. 12 months for mobile, tablets, audio and others. Extended warranty available for some products."
Beside, even if it was no warranty it's still up to the buyer to make the decision if they purchase it or not.
I thought it didn't come with a warranty?

I urge everyone to thoroughly read the trustpilot reviews. The only positive reviews appear to be from people who have had quick delivery of the correct product. Everyone who has had to make a warranty claim leaves poor reviews and it would appear to be a costly mistake to even try and claim under the warranty. Caveat emptor.

Why would you bother about warranty??? I had 7 smartphones in last 11 years and non of them broke....and had 2 grey imports too. So my last S4 from eGlobal is still running fine

Because Samsung have such a great reputation for the quality of design and build for their phones?

Yes, that's right. Because nobody's smartphones EVER break. Your experience is conclusive concrete proof.

I wish they'd ban this company from spamming the site. They are clearly paying for posts and heat, because all the comments are hate.

I understand many retailers are angry on them as they cant match eGlobal prices, which are always best on the market. I found them exactly here on HUKD 5 years ago, made 30+ orders and always had best service possible and best price.

It you needed to return this to Hong Kong where they are based it will cost you more than £50. Apple give their products global warrantys so I survived, does Samsung?

But you'll pay nearly 3 x as much as this for the latest iphone, You could just buy another one if it breaks and sell the faulty one as spares or repairs.
Plus warranty doesn't generally cover broken screens which it seems most iDevices tend to suffer as they can't seem to survive a drop from more that half an inch from the ground!.

While they do offer a warranty a lot of people have reported issues with arranging to send phones back and getting them repaired in a timely manner (some report waiting months to have their phones returned).

I have a question.... My bank offers mobile phone protection / warranty (Halifax) for a reasonable price and excess. Also includes travel insurance and breakdown cover which I need too.
Does anyone know if they will honor a repair / replacement on a Grey market import or a China phone. Their terms don't mention anything about this.
Really tempted at imporing a phone but the lack of warranty puts me off on the more expensive devices.
I guess this being a Samsung it probably won't be an issue but what if it was a xiaomi for example.....

You know what would I do if it broke down ? I just put it into the bin and claim on insurance as for lost device  ...and excess of £49 will provide me brand new phone

I have Halifax insurance and the only thing they ask is to prove that is your phone (you bought it) and give them a scan of invoice or receipt.
