May be a good deal but can't believe people pay this much for a phone! So many better devices out there than Samsung or iPhone!

Apparently whatever phone you've owned since 2007 hasn't allowed you to post deals on HUKD, so perhaps not.
10 years since your last deal, that deserves a badge in itself.

Lucky you, I tried to get a deal through three as and existing customer and they want £40 now.

Fair play. I rang them on Thursday and was offered it for £41 even though i told them a few retailers were offering if for £36. The Three rep was confused why I didn't sign up with them for £5 more a month.
EE also have a deal for the same price with 10gb of data and unlimited minutes and texts but it includes tethering. Kinda tempted to go for that instead as tethering can come in handy.

I was first offered £42/month, which I declined and was then put through to cancellations who offered it to me for £37/month. For the sake of £1 a month I would rather go direct through Three for the support.

Funnily enough I did exactly the same thing yesterday. I was just about to go through the hassle of moving to a new Three contract with a third party when they then put me through to cancellations. I guess they realised I was actually leaving and offered me the £37 quid a month deal. Almost didn't take it as I wanted it at £36 quid with £30 from Quidco but I really did want to keep my number and not go through 2 PAC codes to do so. I then went on Amazon and spend £40 bloody quid on a case, screen protector, USB-C cables and a Qi Charger. I'm also considering getting gadget insurance too so all in this really is costing me a fortune. :worried:

Exactly the same as me then! Went on Amazon and ordered a case, screen protector and QI charger! I wanted the Whitestone glass protector at £40 but it's currently unavailable on Amazon, so got a cheaper one to hopefully last me until the other is available again. I's rather put a screen protector on straight out of the box.

Very sensible. I've gone for a rugged case as I always drop my phones at work and the Supcase or Otterbox cases means that they still look like new when I go sell them, incredibly bulky though.

Three also only offered me 30GB essential plan for £40 p/m, even though been with them for years....
